Terms and Conditions
As an Adventures In Mobile Homes consulting client, I agree to the following:
1. Terms
I agree to be accountable to myself and take whatever steps are required to own my own life. I agrees to use this consulting service on an “as-needed” basis at my own will. I am of sound mind and do not possess any mental impairment.
2. Services
I understand options will be presented to me on certain issues as it pertains to business growth and strategy. I understand these are merely suggestions and should be taken at my own discretion. I understand Adventures In Mobile Homes (Rachel Hernandez) makes no guarantee of results from said services.
3. Compensation
I will make payment towards service via a third-party facilitator who will receive payment. I understand rates will be determined via this service and time spent will be pro-rated. I will only pay for time used.
4. Confidentiality
I understand all information exchanged will be kept confidential. I will contribute to creating a safe environment by committing to mutual confidentiality.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adventures In Mobile Homes (Rachel Hernandez) be liable to me for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, arising in any manner from this Agreement and the performance or nonperformance of obligations hereunder.
6. No Warranties Provided
I understand Adventures In Mobile Homes (Rachel Hernandez) makes no representation or Warranty to me that any of the methods or sessions will work for my particular circumstance. I will not hold Adventures In Mobile Homes (Rachel Hernandez) responsible for the failure (in whole or in part) to achieve any of my goals. By agreeing to this Consulting Agreement, I acknowledge Adventures In Mobile Homes (Rachel Hernandez) is not a licensed professional and is not giving me any financial or legal advice.
7. Cancellation/Rescheduling
I agree to make every effort to keep my scheduled call time. If canceling, I agree to give 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is based on consultant’s availability. Missed calls without notice will not be made up.
We look forward to working with you. However, before doing so, we request your concurrence of the Consulting Agreement and that you complete the form below.
