So many times, I get folks telling me their stories about how hard they try to negotiate with sellers to buy mobile homes with no success. And, in hearing their stories – I can already see the problem. Check out the video to find out more, thanks for watching!

(Note: For those interested, I bought the home for 13k. It will probably go in the low 30k range with around $2500 down in the $500/month cash flow range for 10 years, which is rather similar to some of my case studies. It’s nice when my hard work pay off!)
