So many times, I get folks asking me the question – mobile home investing and doing “Lonnie” deals sound great, but why even start there? Why not just aim higher and go out and buy a mobile home park?

I didn’t know the difference in investing between the two. But I think mobile homes are very interesting to live. It is because I could be able to travel to different places without worrying where I would be able to stay for a night. Mobile park seems cool too. After all where would I park my mobile car if there is no available parking slot for it.
