(Note: From time to time, I will bring in an expert to discuss issues that come up in the mobile home world. I’ve started this new series, “Private Money 101,” to address the topic of getting private money for mobile home deals).
Over the years, I’ve had a lot of folks contact me regarding the issue of how to fund their mobile home deals. And, it seems – the topic of how to get private money has always come up. So, I’ve decided to address it here and bring in an expert on the subject – my pal and good friend Patrick Riddle.
Now, Patrick has been in the real estate investing business for quite some time. Over the course of his career, he has been successful in funding over 127 real estate deals and getting over $6 million dollars in cash -all with private money.
For me personally, I do not have experience in this area. Though, there have been numerous times that I’ve been approached by folks looking to lend their money for my deals. So, I thought it would be a good educational experience for you (as well as me) to have Patrick here as a guest contributor for a special video on the topic.
(Note: By the way, both my pals Julie and Shae have successfully used Patrick’s tips to successfully fund their own real estate deals. Way cool!)
Before we get to the video, be sure to grab a pen and paper to take notes. Patrick will go over the basics of private money as well as share with you the vital conversion tool you can use to get private money for your mobile home deals.
(Note: I’ve heard stories about many investors who have used private money successfully to fund their mobile home deals. One fellow investor I knew funded over 50 mobile home deals using private money, all from the same private lender!)
