Special Holiday Video
Well, it’s that time of the year again! The holidays seemed to just creep up on me, I cannot believe how fast this year has flown by! Lately, it’s been a bit of a madhouse as the fall and winter is my busiest season.
Believe it or not, I’ve got one more deal I’m trying to put together before the end of the year. I’m hoping it goes through but have a good feeling about it. Again, it’s a referral from a park manager (inside deals are the best!). It’s usually a good thing when the park manager sends you a referral saying, “Let’s get this deal done!” So, I’m hoping for the best!! 🙂
In any case, I want to thank you, the fans, as well as my blogging pals for all your support and for joining me here on the blog through the years. Looking back, it has been quite a trek and a long yet exciting journey with its ups and downs.
Though, I wouldn’t have it any other way — the lessons I’ve learned are priceless. I hope you have enjoyed following along in my stories and adventures in mobile home investing as I have enjoyed sharing them with you.

Sure thing, Julie!! I’d definitely include you — your teachings and programs are one of the best I’ve seen.
What makes you stand out is how honest and sincere you are; it all comes from the heart which is a very hard trait to find. We might have had this conversation before but one of the things I learned from Warren Buffett is that there are people who are good at what they do but it’s really hard to find those who are good at what they do and honest as well. So glad we’ve managed to connect and stay in touch through the years! 🙂

p.s. Almost forgot to tell you. I sent someone over to you — they’re interested in learning and doing JV deals in Canada. Seems to be a lot of folks lately looking to lend money out for REI deals! 🙂

No worries Shae, it’s great to hear from you! It’s been so fun getting to know you through the years — you have a warm heart and a personality that’s one of a kind. Sometimes I do ponder about the old days of us bloggers, it’s been neat to watch us all evolve!
