Writing 101: Blog Update

So I wanted to take some time to give you an update on everything. Am I still writing? Yes. Am I still investing? Yes. Is the coronavirus driving me crazy? Yes.

Now that we’ve got that out of the way, I’ll give an update on the blog. As one of the earliest real estate investing blogs out there, I’ve been writing for quite some time. I’ve also been an active real estate investor for a while as well. And I still do both today.

In fact, I just took another mobile home back. So that marks 3 homes I have to work on at this point. One is on the market and I’m fixing up 2 including the one I just took back.

(Note: Every time I think I have all my homes filled, something happens. Whether it be a natural disaster or I have to take another home back, it’s never a dull moment in this business that’s for sure!)

Investing and writing about investing in mobile homes can take up some time. So I’m going to be shifting my focus on the blog to a podcast. I may write something up from time to time. But I’ve decided to share my stories and teachings through the podcast. Here’s the cover art if you’d like to take a look:
