Rachel started investing in real estate at a very young age, right out of college. She started out looking for properties and investors for a fortune 500 real estate company. Later, she became a real estate Wholesaler. Throughout her adult years, she bought and flipped properties, as well as bought and held real estate as a landlord.
Rachel found her passion when she started investing in Mobile Homes. She has been doing Mobile Home investing since 2007. Learned how to be successful with mobile home investing through her mentor, Lonnie Scruggs, considered to be the godfather of mobile home investing.
