In fact, this particular real estate investing guru was even asked to write a book by a top real estate investing website on their subject of expertise. Scary thought, eh?

And guess what? Well, there’s more.

This real estate investing guru involved in this fraud scheme involving unsuspecting real estate investors and financial institutions, had even spoken among well-known and other top real estate investors hosted by one of the biggest real estate investing sites online. How crazy is that?
