Scam Alert: (Update) Mobile Home Investing Guru

Scam Alert: Mobile Home Investing Guru

So, I wrote an update on the scam alert about a certain mobile home investing guru over on the support page. Unfortunately, people are still getting cheated out of their hard-earned money by this particular individual.

Right now, there are so many people complaining and upset by this person’s wrongdoing that it has reached a possible class-action lawsuit status. That many people have been affected and have trusted this person due to the way they portrayed themselves as an “expert” on the internet.

To tell you the truth, in the past I even had some readers and students ask me about this individual regarding their teachings and training program. Quite honestly, I had never heard of this person in my career as a mobile home investor with over a decade of experience. And, I told the people who contacted me this exact same statement.

Though, sometimes people fall for these types of scams. And it’s unfortunate.

As the saying goes, “If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.”

Over the years as a real estate investor, author and blogger, I’ve said time and time again that success takes time. And patience. It doesen’t happen overnight.

Unfortunately, when there are people (like this individual) who make this business of mobile home investing sound so easy and quick to make money there will always be people who fall for the scam. Over and over again.

So if you’d like to read more, check out the post and let me know what you think.

Stay safe out there! 🙂
