The great thing about wholesaling mobile homes is that I’m in and out of a deal fairly quickly. Since I only focus on mobile homes as personal property (not attached to land), it’s a pretty quick process when finding a buyer for a seller and transferring over the title. Some examples of a few deals I’ve done include one where I made $2,000 in one day and another one where I made $8,000 in 4 days.
