How to Close a Mobile Home: Tips & Tricks

So I recently closed on a mobile home, hooray!! I tell you, all this work is finally paying off. And it feels good! 🙂

It’s funny because the market is very weird now. It’s still considered a seller’s market. Though, I think it’s going to start changing very soon.

In my latest post (via the support page), I talk about how I personally closed this deal and what obstacles I faced to close the home. I also go into detail about the paperwork needed to close these deals including step-by-step instructions on how I go about doing things when working with buyers to sell homes I have on the market.
