How to Close a Mobile Home: Tips & Tricks
So I recently closed on a mobile home, hooray!! I tell you, all this work is finally paying off. And it feels good! 🙂
It’s funny because the market is very weird now. It’s still considered a seller’s market. Though, I think it’s going to start changing very soon.
In my latest post (via the support page), I talk about how I personally closed this deal and what obstacles I faced to close the home. I also go into detail about the paperwork needed to close these deals including step-by-step instructions on how I go about doing things when working with buyers to sell homes I have on the market.
Plus, I talk about the process of working with the mobile home park and how I handle things when it comes to getting buyers approved and moved-in for these types of deals. I go into detail my closing process and how I coordinate things with the park manager when it comes to working with approved buyers.
In addition, I tell you where you can find sample paperwork (if needed) to do and close on these types of deals. I go into the paperwork that I personally use and how I handle working with buyers before, during and after closing on the deal.
I talk about closing day and what exactly happens on that day when it comes to working with buyers and doing the paperwork needed to close on the deal. I go into detail on the items that I do on that day including the process of handling the closing and where I do my closing for these types of deals.
Lastly, I talk about my 5-figure payday for this deal including what I actually had to do to get the price I did. I talk about my pricing strategy for this deal and how I had to adjust it for the market. And of course, I reveal how much I made on this particular deal.
