I am interested in the mobile home business and I really appreciate you creating your blog and giving out a lot of good information. Helps out a lot! I also have been watching a lot of your Youtube videos. I finished reading the book “Deals on Wheels” by Lonnie Scruggs and now I am reading “Mobile Home Wealth” by Zalman Velvel, http://tinyurl.com/b2nmxnm, really good books to help get you started. After searching for mobile home parks in my area, I didn’t even realize there was so many in my own back yard.

Ah good good stuff. Great video Rachel 🙂 Interesting to see the whole overview of how it works – looks like it is a very encompassing project, but when done carefully it seems to have worked great for you. I have some more research to do so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
