Happy Friday!

So I made a new post (via the support page) about a couple of resources that I personally use to get my mobile home news.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of information that’s suppressed when it comes to the mainstream media including including other real estate investing sites and forums. A lot of times, things are sugar coated and we don’t hear the entire story…especially when it comes to the dark side of the industry.

In my latest post, I talk about a couple of resources that I’ve been going to for years to get the inside scoop on what’s going on in the manufactured housing industry. And many times, these resources have uncovered things that I had no idea was going on.

Now, the reason why I visit these resources is because I want to know the real deal of what is happening in our industry. And this includes knowing who the key players are: both the good guys and the bad guys.

I want to be informed, not misinformed. And unfortunately, visiting mainstream real estate investing sites and even watching YouTube videos online may not give you the entire story especially when it comes to learning what’s really involved including the behind the scenes and politics of the manufactured housing industry.
