(Scam Alert) How to Vet Real Estate Gurus

Since I posted the latest scam alert about a certain mobile home investing guru, I thought it would be helpful to talk about how to vet real estate gurus when deciding whether or not to work with them.

In my latest post (via the support page), I go into detail on what you should look out for when encountering these real estate gurus and doing your research on them. There are a couple of important factors you need to watch out for before you make a decision to work with someone or buy into their program and/or service.

Unfortunately, there are many tactics these real estate gurus use to make people believe them and fall for their sales pitch. And many times, that’s usually what it is: they just want a sale. But they don’t really care about you being successful and helping you to learn and grow.

This is exactly what happened with that mobile home investing guru who scammed a lot of people out of their hard-earned money. People have yet to be paid back. Promises were made but never kept. To make matters worse, this particular guru is unresponsive.

So if you’d like to learn more, check out the post and let me know what you think! 🙂

Happy investing!
