I share realistic and practical methods to use when working with sellers (versus what real estate and mobile home investing gurus say) including the most important asset to have as a mobile home investor.

Also, I talk about the different types of mobile home sellers to work with and why. And, I share with you my perspective on lawsuits including my own experience with lawsuits as a real estate investor and mobile home investor.
