Best Real Estate Investing Blog Contest

Hi all!

Hope you’re all doing well. I cannot believe it’s almost the end of the year, it’s definitely flown by!

As for me, I’ve been extremely busy with work! (my busiest time of the year!) Here’s a pic of my latest deal:

Again, this one came through a park manager — there was never a “For Sale” sign and no one knew it was for sale. Inside deals are the best! 🙂

(Note: For those interested, I’ll probably be doing another case study on this one down the road.)

In any case, I’m working on a couple more via some other park managers. So, it’s been pretty busy to say the least!
