Honestly, it’s unfortunate when we hear about these types of things especially when it happens in our own industry of manufactured housing. Sure, we hear about these types of scams all the time when it comes real estate investing gurus.

But, it’s another thing to hear it happening in this small niche of mobile home investing. Just something to be aware of!
