Here I talk about the latest breaking news on this mobile home investing guru who has scammed a lot of investors out of their hard-earned money.

I talk about what exactly is happening with the case which has gone to court and what is being done so that these investors get paid back what they are owed. Plus, I share with you more experiences of investors who have worked with this person and what they have to say about it.

Honestly, I’m just baffled about this entire case especially since it’s happening right in our community within the niche of mobile home investing. Sure, we hear about real estate gurus all the time and the scams they do. But, it’s very rare to hear these types of things in our own industry specifically to investing in mobile homes.

Unfortunately, this mobile home investing guru still has their website up and continues to sell courses and training on the subject. Plus, their videos and social media are still up so people continue to consume their content every day.

Hopefully, something will be done to stop this person from hurting others and cheating them out of their hard-earned money in the future. Only time will tell.
