Update: Mobile Home Fix Up, Podcast Feature and Course
Happy Friday! Sorry I’ve been MIA for awhile. I had to take a whole week off…to do my taxes. Got it done. And, I’m glad to be back! 🙂
In any case, things have been super busy (as usual!). So, I thought I’d give you an update on things.

Mobile Home Fix Up
If you remember from the last update, I was waiting to get the new cabinets and countertops installed in my latest mobile home fix up. Well, we finally got it done!

Guest Bathroom
One other thing I had my cabinet contractor do was install a countertop on top of the existing cabinet in one of the guest bathrooms, which improves the overall look of the home. Here are pics:
Floorwork
Aside from the kitchen cabinets and countertops, I also got the new flooring installed as well. Since I work in high-end parks, I usually use a combination of nice carpet and luxury vinyl planks (LVP) in the mobile homes I put on the market. It makes a world of difference with prospective residents!

Electrical Work
In addition to the flooring, I also had some electrical work done. I had my electrician install a range hood for the kitchen, which I bought beforehand. Here are pics:
Finishing Touches
Now that the major items have been done, I’ll be doing some last minute touches inside the home. My handyman contractor is working on painting the porch and the front door. The new appliances are getting installed. And, there’s just some last minute cleaning and painting touch-up work to do. So, it’s almost done!

Wrapping It Up
Well, that’s about it for now. As you can see, it’s been pretty busy…as usual.
I’m going to leave you here with what I’ve been studying lately regarding GameStop (I’m a gamer!):
I find it all very interesting. For anyone interested, GameStop will be having their annual shareholders meeting very soon. And, they revealed some pretty big institutions with significant positions.
