Update: Mobile Home Sale, Podcast Awards and Course Release

Happy Friday! Hope you’re enjoying summer. It’s been pretty hot in my area of the world!

In any case, I’ve sold and closed on my latest mobile home fix up. How cool is that? 🙂

Mobile Home Sold and Closed

Surprisingly, the home was only on the market for 2 weeks. I found a nice family who bought it and wanted to live in the park. I sold it for cash and received $40,000 which is over three times as much as I paid for it 7 years ago.

I took this home back twice already over the 7 years that I owned it. The first time I took it back the family just left and just didn’t want to take care of it anymore. So, I was left with a mess.

And, the second time I took it back it was due to a divorce…which was yet another mess!

So, I’m glad to have sold it and received my money back (and then some!). All in all, I received $80,000 all together which includes the payments and move-in fees from the past residents I worked with (over 7 years) as well as the cash I recently received for the sale of the home.

Now, onto my next mobile home fix up…which is also a home I took back due to divorce (the #1 reason I take homes back).
